Not only is Phlishing againish Sythe rules, it's also breaking international laws. You can get jail time.

You can't really get jail time from phishing. The worst you can get is your hosting account suspended/deleted.

 

whoa u can get jailtime for that? i think i did that when i was 11 or 10 it took me like 5 min best i got was like full zammy and 3.3m and some runen items

If you lost your password, either reset it via email (not familiar with runescape methods) OR change it as soon as possible.

If you're the one doing the fake RS site phishing, then you would retrieve passwords through some sort of log.

You can't sue people, or even jail people simply based on the fact they or someone else said something.

 

How is it illegal to take pixels as long as real life money was not lost you have no right to jagex property. They can take your items at any time for any reason and you can't sue them.

However I not sure on sythe stand on this matter so yeah...But runescape can only have your site taken down not sue, or sythe would be gone already.

 

you cant goto jail for phishing lol. not over rs anyway.

 

how are they ever going to catch you? if you're careful to use free hosting sites, fake amails, and proxies jagex won't even bother taking the time to track you down.
