Deathwater57 Scam Report Partial Refund

Explanation of the trade: Questing - Fight Arena, Tree Gnome Village, Vampyre Slayer, Lost City, The Grand Tree
How they scammed: Service hadn't been started for a good 8 hours or so. I was unhappy with the service so I asked for a refund, in which they give a "partial" refund because "they are still able to complete it".

He has refunded me 1.33M, 2.66M outstanding.

Have any of the quests been done to this point? If not, have him refund you in full and you should both part ways. If so, have him refund what he has not yet done.
