He asked for a link to a keygen, which is warez, so he's condoning the breaking of the rules, and he reported blindkilla for falling for it.

He wouldn't be perm banned, just so you all know. Chances are he may get an infraction or a temp ban but nothing more than that. It is very low though.

That's what we're hoping for. Blindkilla's ban is only for a month, but he deserves the same.

 

Posting links to Warez results in a one month ban - Blindkilla received the regular "banned" rank when really it should be "temporarily banned" - I'm not sure whether or not that was an error on JT's part.

In my honest opinion I didn't think that it warranted a ban at all... a warning and post deletion maybe - he wasn't thinking when posting it, but he was doing it with good intention. In addition, the link was to a forum topic as well, with a huge amount of valuable member and user input/feedback... it wasn't just a link to a file download or a torrent.

 

That's some hypocritical type ish right there...

 

Didn't even think about this point of view. Just another valid reason this situation needs rectifying asap.

 

He deserves it. What he did was absolutely classless.
