Name that Anime

Hello,

I'm really desperate to find this anime I forgot about. It's an orange haired boy (Not Bleach) who's very strong. He's in a park and there are 100 guys who want to beat him up. He says something along the lines of (You see 100, I only see 4, because only 4 can fight me at any given time).

maybe Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho in the early episodes? there isnt too many orange hair action male leads
