I'm sure this isn't necessarily as fishy as people think.

If he's paying for membership/supplies then he's entitled to having the creation IP so you don't just run off with the account once it's pure.

Even if he was doing it for the IP, what's he going to do? - DDoS his partner?

There are easier ways of getting IP's than paying for membership, creating a pure, recovering it and checking it from the RS login.

edit: unless he plans on recovering your main, but in all honestly that would come from your own idiocy.
