    Wouldn't it be better too PM Matthew since he's in charge of Donations and ask him?

    Secondly, it depends on where you live. In Australia, it takes 1-2 weeks for something too get too USA

    depends on location probably. i live one state over from matt (im in ct) and it took about 1.5-2weeks to get to him. be patient :)

    In my experience it has taken an average of two-weeks however the recommendation in PMing Mathew should get it resolved quickly if perhaps it is sitting in que.
