what runescape account is better

A high leveled runescape account like 127

or a rare skill tht has 99 like runecraft construction or herblore cmbt 106-114

 

I would have to know the specifics of both accounts before deciding, like total lvl, specific levels, items, etc.

 

lets say both comes with junk just which is better a decent account with a good 99 skill or a rlly high lvl account

The higher level, I'd take.. there's better ways to get money then a 99 skill in mining, construction, whatever. It's hard to get up to 120+ combat (at least for me)

127 because Cons is useless, Runecraft is very timeconsuming, and herblore is moneyconsuming.

127 can make money from combat-based monsters to get money.

 

but runecraft is 700k an hour

 

I think if i were u i use the one with 99 rc and con. rarer
