Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
I started working in Oog's Discord "Very Rare Services" on May 8th, 2024. I gave him a 2b deposit. Fast forward a few months and i asked to reduce my deposit to 1b because i was the only worker there with even over 500m deposit, he said yes. (which he forgot about supposedly and i still haven't seen) In his Worker TOS you have to accept to work there 6 months in order to get a deposit back. Early november, before the 8th of course, I was wondering where my 1b was, acting a touch like a dick head, ill admit
it had been 2 months waiting to reduce my 1b that was granted but certainly nothing deserving of a boot or roles removed, as I did a majority of the work there. He then removed my roles and kicked me from the Discord just shy of 6 months working there. I reached out to the co-founder/owner of the discord because oog won't respond to me. He said that Oog said that he doesn't owe me 2b because "I didn't work there 6 months". I even reached out and said I would take 1/2 of my deposit back and call it even just for the sake of me not having to do this. I can provide any proof needed to whatever mod needs it, or go into any further detail if applicable.

I had already agreed to refund the 1b since you did ask while you worked with us, however, the other 1b isn't refundable as you broke multiple terms of service that you agreed to when you signed up with us which you already know. Our terms of service for working with us is public information and hasn't changed in quite a long time now.

Not exactly sure why this has turned into a scam report when this is far from a scam & when I had already agreed to provide the 1b back and you're fully aware that the other half isn't refundable due to said above which you agreed to when joining us.

Just to give a little bit of a back story to why the 1b wasn't returned when it was asked for:
- I was training away from my home town in the army and didn't have access to a PC, which at this point I also had the main account banned for RWT so all the deposit he gave was lost due to a ban. I did forget as I was over there training for 6+ weeks.

However, feel free to message me to receive your 1b back and hopefully we can resolve this issue.

I do also just want to add that even after promoting you to a higher rank in our server giving you moderator/admin rights, you decided to go rogue on us. Which was very unfair and even used out discord bot for your now personal service discord. Which I believe is stealing. You were given access to that discord bot for our server and it was bought and made for Very Rare Services only. You were not to steal that.

 

Man, this is one of those times, where everyone reading this that is aware of the situation - knows this is false. and i don't need to say anything because we have now come to terms via discord dm that he will pay me 1b when he gets off from work today. Which btw is all i asked for in the first place days ago.
