Rule 12 ( RWT )

Hey i bought like 2 mill in september and i never got a ban or anything on my appeal / ban offence page it says.
Your account is in the green zone. The green zone indicates that there are EITHER no offences against you OR you may have a small number of offences noted down on your account, in which case there will be no long term implications providing you continue to abide by the rules.
Why jagex didnt do anything about it. Do you get perm ban for rule 12?

This account has been temporarily banned as a result of Powerlevelling.
i got the 10 day ban but i didnt get any blackmarks or anything how come ?

First offence is just a 10 ban. I think this only works with p2p though im guessing f2p get treated more harsh

 

Might wanna watch out they might perm. ban you next time if thats the case :/
