    Scammed me 20M. He said he was buying via PayPal / MB in his thread here : http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1129944

    I replied as you can see. Told him I'd sell him 100m with 20m increments, met him in W99 in front of the G/E. Traded him 20M, and he logged.
