How easy is it to recover non-gift payments?

Hi. I was just wondering how easy it is to recover paypal paid from a bank verified account as a service, not as a gift.

If you really curious, I'll tell you why. I just don't wanna post why because I want the topic to stay on the question, not the result.

Yes. When you send cash as goods, you can chargeback and win the dispute. I usally send cash as goods to members whom i dont completely trust incase they try to screw me over.

 

A service is a little easier to chargeback than a gift. Goods are even easier.
