Thorpe Owes Me 120 USD - Explanation Demanded

Thorpe and I have talked on MSN and are trying to sort the situation out. We are checking to see if anything comes Monday to Tuesday, then going from there. Hopefully this is all a misunderstanding.

 

Man this is sad, that one of our own mods would scam. but hopefully this can be settled peacefully.

 

maybe thorpe doesn't have the money in his pocket right now so, he needed to get a job to earn some cash so, he left sythe lol but, I doubt he would scam :/

I don't think he scammed, I think he forgot, and the conversation with Kami is proof of this. I say, give him another week.

It's not an imposter. It is the real Thorpe. Thorpe has not told anyone why he didn't do express. Express has a tracking #, not priority. I totally agree with Zerox, if I was in thorpe's case, Perm Ban. No questions asked.

 

If offered hard proof, staff should not be an acception to banning

 

So just my 2 cents, even though Thorpe has wound up owing me money a lot, he has ALWAYS paid me back when I needed it (just took a bit sometimes)... in that instance I just didn't want to bother.

Anyway, that said, mail can be funky... I recently (2-3 weeks ago) had an issue where about 4 buyers envelopes never showed up... for some reason they all wound up at the return address. shit happens.

On another note, Thorpe paid me like 325 he owed me right around that time... If he was going to scam I think he would've ripped as many people off as he could. shrug.

 

Maybe he forgot or something he had a lot of stress with Sythe Mils so I guess just be patient.

Ok sythe is lagging so much right now its hard to tell if this msg is going thru, get on msn i will be there..I can assure you that I did send it out, but I will need to talk to the post office people, etc...No need to make a public scene, you could have talked about it on msn/ircJust because you message me and I am not there does not mean I wont message you when I get back.

So that's an exception to banning. Why doesn't everyone become staff member and start scamming and not get banned for it?!

 

Hey zero there is no proof he has scammed. R2 is complaining about late/lost mail, not being scammed. Which is why, as he explained, this was not posted in the report a scammer form.

Gotta give it some time to see what happens, mail can get a little funky. Shrug.

Then, unfortunately, the worst thing about mail is that it's virtually impossible to prove that someone did or did not send it. It ends up being one person's word against the other's.

Ok fuck everyone who says BAN HIM HES A SCAMMER... Because what you do not realize there is not a 100% chance pleasant can PROVE I am scamming... Which I am not I can assure you.

I just got back from the p.o. and nothing was in my PO Box.. Me and pleasant are waiting until tuesday and then we are going to find some sort of conclusion. I don't want anyone feel like they have gotten scammed by me or anything, because I hate being scammed... I'm sure this is probably just a misunderstanding and that it will probably be returned to sender for money being visible in the envelope.
