There appears to be several matches based on the identical amount, timing of the trade, and currency used.

@Samson Marchegiano - I have given you a precautionary DNT for the time being.

Could you please explain why you filed a claim to chargeback the payment?

 

@RuneWealth x, as I said in my post in the other report involving you, this appears to be a MITM scam.

Since the accuser @Samson Marchegiano went inactive, and since you have not opened a report for the reason unknown to me, would you provide us with the update regarding the charge back?

 

It does not appear that @RuneWealth x intends to provide any further update regarding the charge back. As for the why, that is unclear. However, he is under no obligation to respond.

The accuser, @Samson Marchegiano, failed to provide sufficient evidence demonstrating that the PayPal account owner in question scammed him.

However, the PayPal account owner chose not to report the individual who initiated the charge back.

Since neither party submitted a proper report, this report is invalid. I am removing the DNT from @Samson Marchegiano.

Based on the evidence provided by @RuneWealth x - including chat logs, trade evidence, and a PayPal payment for the same amount - the most plausible explanation is a MITM scam. It appears the following occurred: a third party (the likely scammer) pretended to sell RSPS GP to @Samson Marchegiano. At the same time, this individual contacted @RuneWealth x and purchased OSRS GP, instructing @Samson Marchegiano to send the PayPal payment directly to @RuneWealth x. This allowed the scammer to receive OSRS GP, which cannot be charged back. However, this remains a theory based on the available evidence, and it is not clear what really happened.

In any case, this report is invalid.
