Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Recently there was a worker in Dbuffeds discord that had scammed multiple people, Dbuffed had made a post in my Facebook group (that he has since been removed from) linking his report on sythe, as well as his business profile page asking members to "show some love". He also left a comment on this business page.

As we can see he is clearly not only linking the workers personal Facebook business profile but going as far as leaving reviews and asking others to do as well, we quickly removed the post. This with a few other things decided to let him go completely from our page.

 

Hi there, first of all thanks for doing what was mentioned several times privately that you would try to do, ill respond to this in a few fully as I'm not on my pc

Also just to clear a few things out this is more or less a personal attack after I pretty much got called a scammer by said person (who made report) and similar case to @Primal , but I will provide more context to this ASAP

 

I was actually just made awake the extent of what was being done.

 

Actually you wasn't, you have been arguing back and forth with me all day, but I'm not going to reply more than with what I have to say about what has taken place and what more I have to add

It's made me very sick going back and forth with you and the other members of your staff team you have got to attack me calling me a scammer etc

 

I have no issues showing chats, clearly stating I'm extremely busy while handling the situation. Driving using talk to text. was not able to make a proper report until now.

 

Regardless of what we have been going back and forth about, you clearly attempted to doxx a sythe member and a discord worker of yours, which is against the rules. You even chose to leave a review on his buisness facebook page.

 

If I am not mistaken, getting back in contact with a scammer is not against the rules. As I said though you have had this exact issue you caused with @Primal and plenty of other people who were doing different sales to you, but my post will contain sensitive information, so i'll edit it

 

You literally disclosed this guys business profile, which then gave people his name and personal email, which could lead to personal photos of him and his family.

 

Right so hello again sorry about that this has taken me a hot minute to sort as there have been many many layers to this over the past 2 days if you want to even call it layers idk how to explain it differently


So let's start with the basic shall we, user he is claiming I have "doxed" is not a sythe user as such, and as it has been shown scammers in previous reports have had their information shown many of times from staff (not excusing my behaviour), and in such cases this guy had only signed up to Sythe to apply to my service for work and then has not used it since - Keeping in mind, we have also been friends before this for 4 years or so online so we knew each other quite personally, and even now I am in contact with him trying to get him to do the right thing (although as said on my thread I have been working with customers via refunds/getting their items back that got lost)

My review on his page was pretty much me telling him that I didn't appreciate him doing what he did and to contact me before I have to step in and allow further to go ahead, such as legal action if customers wish to take it etc as can be found in my deleted post here - Worker scam quit now as you can also see I was more than reasonable with the person in question and I have continued to be including trying to assist him with hopefully coming to a peaceful resolution beyond what I felt could be done to get the peoples funds back

 

Sorry that there is a LOT of stuff to read over, I hope that covers it but i'll look over the stuff that has happened and i'll present more as well

and there is you digging out random accusations like you have been doing this past 24 hours claiming I am a scammer and I have some form of affiliation with a unknown user that was scammed that you know of

You guys have been known yourselves for sharing stuff on those who scam in the facebook side of things because it isn't sythe it's a whole completely different section of the market. You cannot keep trying to use deformation tactics because you didn't get your own way by claiming I am a scammer with your buddies and that I have scammed this random person you didn't name because I was selling a friends stock..

You did the same with @Primal resolved and you do it time and time again on facebook in the market as well. Each time someone has a better price than you in something, you attack them with your friends as shown so far

For obvious reasons I have taken out your name/pic so you cant try to claim I am doing that again as well



So far it's just deformation act after another after another. While I understand your part as you would be responsible due to being handed it, you made it out to be be cause I had the apparent same amount of gold someone else was scammed for which I agreed was strange, and you said yourself you saw my report so you knew about the information I had and such and yet didn't do anything UNTIL now because you have had your fun slamming me into the ground which has made me physically sick

Your information with Kyle isn't really any of my concern, as I don't know what you talk about. What is my concern is protecting both myself from people like you, and protecting my customers from scammers/hackers and such which I also did. You have since claimed it was because I was sending people discord invites, which I haven't done in donkeys amount of time other than that when it was happening it was with permission as Kyle owned the group and we spoke about ranking people up so they can benefit from discount ranks

So i'll quote a few more things

But you did call me a scammer as shown in my deleted post, as did several of your other staff members who are also admins etc

So several of the people this said party reached out to actually contacted me asking what's going on. They explained why they was reaching out and what they was told, seeing if I had hacked them and so forth as well, how is that again not saying i'm a scammer and further deformation of my name?

Again as mentioned above I didn't PM anyone without permission from our neutral party (or said neutral party) Kyle, what's being done about repaying the customers was already shown as well I had been in touch over the space of 24 hours making sure I gathered enough information on what was missing from orders/accounts and if they would rather be refunded or have their stuff finished with further compensation as well, but again that was none of your business..

All in all as I say you have done nothing but try attack me, and it's really draining mentally and made me physically feel sick because you have done this to countless other people and I never thought I would be one of those people as I classed us pretty good friends in terms of market and such



is my announcement about the scamming, as you can see I asked people to contact me as I am not unreasonable by no means as I like to settle things in the appropriate manner as I have been doing with said scammed victims

You really have just thrown your all into this like you did with the other report you made on primal and are hoping for the best to try eliminate people who offered better prices on something such as gold than what you do, and it's childish

 

The screenshot you were sent of our group chat, was not directed towards you, and if needed I can show a mod the content before that screenshot.

 

I am going to try rest a bit, if any mod would like to talk to me please contact me on discord as I feel very sick

I have barely slept, and not touched anything to eat either due to this situation with the constant harassment from said people and constant attacks to something I didn't do and now it's become very tiring to the point i just want to sleep

if the further information I find isn't enough to show what stupidity we have all been causing against each other with a good ol' "my dick is bigger than yours" then i guess it is what it is but it's been cool being here again

I do not appreciate him reporting things like as I said before like he has with @Primal and other members of the community without full context just what he feels he wants to say, this causes speculations with things as shown in my deleted post and it just causes more void in the community as people feel the need to take sides which is what I said public just before he made this report

That could be right, but that could also be wrong but the problem is you made it all about me and decided to have you and your fellow ranks make a mockery of me because you felt the need to with no basis claims

You didn't provide me with anything to confirm someone was scammed, you just told me that some random X-Y-Z person was scammed (no name actually mentioned) and that it seems a bit ironic i'm selling gold cheap, asked me why I don't sell to X-person and you was explained the reason behind it as I have had problems with them so that would make no sense for me to go out of my way to do so either

From there this has been constant over the past 24 hours, and i've pretty much although maybe a bit rudely on my end because of swearing out of being so angry with it all, have reached out to you guys countless times to try actually resolve it so I could move on but instead you decided to target me again and again and lie over and over again to the point we are here now

- i am not going to reply anymore though as I said I want to go lay down as the stress this has put me under has not really put me in a good state and thats thanks to you and your band of friends who decided to attack me for no legitimate reason, instead of an actual reason you tried to cover the reason with another then another and another

You claim this user only made a sythe to work for you, however if you look at @Jessestwocool profile history, he had a sythe long before he worked for you, and even vouched other people. “You can see he applied in 2022 to work for you, and has vouched other people as early as 2020”

 

Sorry to say but I cant really say I recall those posts, as far as I was aware he had no sythe account anymore (I have had several people apply to work under us saying the same) and it's a bit of a big jump considering 2 years difference

None the less, there is a deleted post above this. I wont be responding any more unless there is anything more to add

Most members of my group are not sythe members. I made the report because it’s against sythe TOS to link personal information of another sythe member, which he did, linking both his sythe report, with his buisness. Just like he was permanently banned for sharing a sythe members information on discord. https://www.sythe.org/threads/dbuffed-0067-involved-in-doxing. This person had absolutely no involvement in Facebook groups, to my knowledge, and he went and tried to get uninvolved people to contact his business. It’s the same offense just a different platform in my eyes.

 

It is not against our terms/rules to share information about a scammer in my group. It is common for us to share a member's profile on our platform, to show they are a scammer, this is information they have publicly shown, and scammed with knowing this information has been made public. no different than sharing a sythe profile someone scammed with on sythe. Linking someone's sythe, with their Facebook, is the issue here.
There are other groups that have different rules, or no rules at all being completely unmoderated.

 

This has clearly been a long ongoing issue with Dbuffed. This has been going on for years, looking through some of my groups old post (before i took over the group) There's even more instances of him doing the same thing, while he was banned here on sythe.

I'm not going to make a formal post about this one, it's just to show he is is relentless about sharing people's information publicly, then going after the people who report him, time and time again, making it seem like they are the problem, claiming I don't want the competition (his go to excuse in almost every report made against him)
I have nothing further to add.
