Day 3 without a computer

Its been 72 hours away from runescape and withdrawl is kickin in. Insomnia, boredom, and tendacy to dice my minis away have only been a few of the symtoms. With the internet guy coming tomorrow, I will only hope to live another day.

Has anyone else not had internet for a long period of time?

 

If I post an off-topic and similar story to yours Hahanerd will infract me (he is monitoring every message I post in the hopes of finding posts which he can infract).

Its aweful, literally don't have anything to do and its too hot to be outside. Consistent 95-100+ degree temperatures. Where I live, the humidity is terrible and makes it impossible to stand the heat.

Just moved into my new apartment and had to wait a full week for internet.


I feel your pain.

 

Thats what I had to do. Fuckin worst feeling ever. Felt like I was on a roadtrip with my family for The whole time. Godaweful boredom

I feel for you, I went close to a week without internet once when they were attempting to upgrade the exchange down the road to fibre. The job obviously didn't go so well ahaha.

But every cloud has a silver lining; I went from 500kb/s to 100mb/s internet. yum

 

Back at it Was really hard today, lost my form xD. Barely lasted while playing runescape.

Im getting 75-80mbs

 

Ahaha , but 75-80mbs is cleannn. I'm bloody moving again in a month, I'm sure I haven't had the last blow from internet issues

 

Happened to me when I moved. I just used a "super antenna" to get my neightbors internet since no one had passwords yet. Really laggy and pretty sure they knew I was on it because I was torrenting a bunch of Bleach.

 

Can't stay away from my computer, ipad, mobile ext. Power once fell out and was bored af, then you really realize you're notfing without the internet.

 

I tried staying away from social media for that long once and felt like I knew nothing of the outside world

 

When I was moving the isp wasnt ready to install the internet for around 2 weeks. hard times.

 

Start going to the gym, and focusing on improving as a person. If you just want to chill inside, then download an app on your phone till you find that one game that you can endless play for hours straight.

 

hang out with family and friends without constantly thinking of runescape. ik its easier said than done.
