    Multiple scam accusations today alone, it is obvious he is scamming people.

    Certainly warrants a ban until he can prove he didn't scam these people.

    Additionally he is accused of using bob.marley7752 for his skype, who is a known scammer that has been active in the RSPS section before.
    Was also just banned not too long (little over a week) before OSBMGUY showed up.

    Assuming he's ever logged on a home IP with either, they should match.
