Requesting Refund.

I have attempted to talk to him via MSN, but he refuses to admit it is his fault.

He refuses to provide a refund, even though he has stopped selling this service, implying that he acknowledges that it may no longer work as well as it used to:

I even talked to his supplier in a group chat with Feren Silver, and his Supplier went offline after I made a good argument on my side. Feren Silver denies that this conversation ever existed. However, I have chat logs that we discussed it.

I retract my previous statement, given the circumstances and how you have your paypal account set up (your name being "gold sales", for a start), its no wonder you have a limited account.

You're not entitled to a refund, and chasing Feren for it even more will get you into trouble
