    Purchased an account for 50m OSRS gold, got randomly DC'd and then when explaining to the seller in an attempt to fix, was blocked on Discord and the password was officially changed.

    That seems to be correct and I also pointed it out to him.

    BTW, if the recovery is successful, I highly recommend that either party video record the initial login to the game to avoid any potential disputes regarding the account wealth.
