The first one has no flow to it. It's directionality is confusing, and the color scheme is unoriginal, as well as the image.

The second one is far better, and obviously by a completely different artist.

I don't mean to offend, but are you sure you didn't just find those and put your name on it? Because the text doesn't flow, and sticks out like a sore thumb. Again, no offense intended.
