Is MSN fucked up?

I've had msn for oh say about a few weeks, and now all my contacts are offline all the time. I've seen tons of people with this problem and can not find a suitable solution.
If it helps I'm running with Windows 7 (x64) Ultimate.

 

Try delete the messenger from your computer and download and install again, might work. :love:

 

I tried using online msn and other crap like that they have all my contacts offline too. all my contacts have been offline for 2 days which is strange.

 

my msn sometimes closes itself gets pretty annoying when your tlking to someone.

 

Yeah, Microsoft can't make anything right... except for maybe windows 7, but thats it.

 

Wait. If you used an online msn like eBuddy or meebo, it has nothing to do with your OS.

Try making a new msn and adding those contacts again. If they are online on your new msn but offline on your old msn, it could mean that they've either blocked you, or something's wrong with your msn.

Try adding other people on your old msn. Do they come online?

 

Ok let me try this 1 second. I need to make a new MSN account.
Ok I added all of my contacts to a new acc. None of them are online.

 

I would personally redownload the Windows messenger and update it. If not make another messenger account.

 

Are you using meebo? Because I had the same problem. Don' use online msn websites. The best thing is to go to msn.com and download the live messanger. That is what fixed everything for me.
