Can we go ahead and just make this easy and issue a Twc? What happened to your responsible for your IP? Once upon a time, this would have been enough to make sure you never saw this site again, but since we're just giving scammers little paddlins nowadays, I figure a twc is just enough and deserved for obvious suspicious activity. Everyone has to answer to their past at some point. I was just hoping dave_b would be a man (yeah right) and fess up by himself, but I should have known that would never happen.

To say no to this is pretty much like saying I can go make a new account (ON MY IP) and as long as I create a new @hotmail.com account, I can do whatever I want and never be held accountable.

 

The problem with this is the fact that he was using a mobile IP which anyone at any given time has access to. After digging into it, the other said users could have just been logged in on the same mobile network.

Not much we can do here unfortunately.
