Omfg this is retarded. Jagex fails eyt again.

I forgot my range tanks pass.
It got locked, so I still can't login on it for forums for soemthing i needed to do.

So naturally I appeal the lock.
I have e-mail address used
transaction ID
agreement ID
3 previous tracking passwords
4 previous passwords
date it was made
recoveries
zip code it was made in, and zip code was made members in.
authorization date and time of the members first bought.


and I checked it and it said pending like 4 hours after I sent.
I checked earlier, and it says
Status: UNKNOWN.
The tracking id may not be correct, or we had a system error.

AND I CAN'T GO TO FORUMS AND ASK ABOUT THE MOTHER FUCKING SYSTEM ERROR NOW.


Is there any way to ask them something?

 

IMO, you should redo the app for your pass back. There could just be something wrong when you sent it.

 

Just chill out, probably a bug with the system, its happened to me before and it came out just fine

 

You can only send one at a time.
I'm fucked in the ass because their bots suck.

How long did it take yours?

 

Just wait. Similar situation happened to me and it took almost a week to get a response.

 

Maby the i.d. was wrong?

 

yep the id was wrong just wait it out u dont need to chcek the status check back in like 1-2 days and keep trying the passwords on the acc to watever u put it to on teh appal

 

The tracking ID was copy and pasted same way it was before, and it didn't change.

But I guess I'll have to be patient

I hate that.
