How can I improve??

 

The only thing that bugs me is Gengar. He looks scary. If you make him a little more cartoony I'd have no problems. Nice job, mate!

Yeah, well it started to look a bit evil, so I just went along with it and it turned out like that. :3 But I agree, I strayed a bit far from the cartoon aspect.

 

It's not all that bad straying from the cartoon aspect.
Developing your own style isn't a bad thing ;P

I updated the first post with a new sketch - a baby Squirtle. The thing behind it is supposed to be a Blastoise's leg. :3

 

Respect! Dragonair looks sick although you can work on Gengar a bit!
