The user is a serial ban evader (staff see here). I've added this scam to his ban reason, however you need to be more wary of these things. You should never go first to someone who just joined, and I'd highly suggest keeping this thread into consideration as a reference when trading in the future: Trading 101 - Vouches, donor status and how you can stay safe!. I'm sorry for your loss.
