buying pure range account with 80 + range!

hey sythe i am buying a pure range or tank account these are the stats it must have:

pure ranger must have the following stats:

80+ range
1 def
25+ mage
must have either 1 or 44 prayer

tank ranger must have the following stats:

85+ range
40 def or 70 def
44 or 52 prayer


and obvisly the better the account the more i will pay, say the account had dt with 94 mage i would obvisly pay alot more, but if it is just a pure with no quest done i will pay minimum
