Seems the user scammed multiple people on Meekmill_ while self vouching himself on Jaysales, then when the scam accusations piled up he also accused himself of scamming so it didn't look like he was somehow not the only person getting scammed and they were two different people when they aren't. With this it's pretty obvious that he scammed the people accusing him.

He is also shown in Cyclinesales' post to be using the name Jovel649 who is a known scammer that has been active in the same market so it looks like he's also a ban evader.
