sea swapper scammed me

Here is evidence sea swapper gave me an invalid pin. he says its us but it says invalid payment wondow for pin. when i try it in the us. i tryed all other countries and all say same thing other then canada which it said invalid pin.
i have vid evidence and screenies. plz look at this as soon as possible.

if this isnt enough u can try it urself with the pin number. you'll just get same results i did.
