Darkest Dreams Graphic Progression Thread

I just installed photoshop for the first time in a very long time, I haven't seriously tried doing anything before so I'm going to go ahead and start. This thread is for me to try and track my progression.



First signature ever(done from tutorial):

notes: second signature from a tutorial, going to do my third from a tutorial as well and then experiment with my own quick signature using some of the things I've learned.

 

very good for first timer. just mess around and test and make u will learn.

those are actually realy great for just installing photoshop, maybe add a few more layers and see what you can do

 

His second signature ever already crushes your work by miles, shut up.

Good job mate, already trying to create depth and such. Keep it up.

 

Pretty cool stuff man, just a bit of feedback on the 2nd one, try to keep the image the original size ratio.
It can look bad very quickly if you stretch/shrink an image wrong.

Thanks for the comments guys, I'll probably do a third signature from another guide this afternoon and then try one unguided.
