How they scammed: Looks like he recovers accounts after they have been sold (and resells).
Account 1:
Original sale thread: [PP/RSGP] Godly Lvl 40 Corrupt VLS Pure With 1 Prayer |20 70 1| 99 Hunting Note the date of 2-17-2011
Vouches from account sale
Recent thread: Selling GODLY Level 41 Corrupt VLS Pure |20 71 1| With 99 Hunting Note the date of thread as 3-7-2011
He's trying to sell again.
Account 2:
Original sale thread: [PP/RSGP] Godly Almost Maxed Level 81 Initiate Pure |60 95 20| 94 Mage dated 2-17-2011
Vouches from account sale:
New sale thread: Selling GODLY Fully-Quested Initate Pure with 96 Strength |94 Mage dated 3-7-2011
Looks like the same account which he has sold again.
If this isn't enough to warrant a ban then I believe a TWC would suffice. Suspicious activity.
