Dbuffed ban

Hi there, I was banned yesterday, and I just wanted to let you know that I was hacked, the users have been refunded with a mod present also to confirm the skype convo, so if you could please unban me thank you. I have changed my skype and so forth, aswell as got ahold of customer support to close my previous skype "Dbuffed.pb" which is still going to be registered to their system for around 2 months whilst it has a delay on clearing, but it will not be able to be accessed.
