Bsiedel scammed

I gave Bsiedel 13M RSGP, and it's been over an hour and he has not given me any sort of account in return.

I went first, as seen in the below proof of our MSN conversation, and he kept me weaiting (although it only took me five minutes of excessive waiting to note that he was scamming).
