On a side note to this i'm actually appalled how two different users can post a report on this peasant in two days using the same method (pretending he didnt get the items using some excuse like having autism and saying the items were removed from the trade)

This is a serious injustice if he isn't unbanned.

Explanation of the trade: I was selling 23B Ikov GP for $46.
How they scammed: Due to no OMM being avaliable/taking stupid amounts of time to reply i decided to just go first and try to get my first vouch. I went first due to him having a few vouches and w.e

From the evidence you've provided, all I see is you offering 920M spirit shards, but never showing a picture of accepting the trade.
If you had accepted the trade, given the pictures you're providing, I would generally expect to see them included in your report.

In addition, the IP's listed which may suggest ban evasion are linked via proxy. Their home IP is clean.

I ban users based on hard evidence. You haven't shown that here.
