He added me on discord 5-10 minutes after the post, will update tonight.

 

Can staff kindly check if he has a sythe account.

Strangely he added me right after I posted this, and is cooperating somewhat.

The following screenshot was sent to his own email (regarding imported characters) but appears to show his email successfully recovering the account, getting a password reset link and importing the character.

 

Says it wasn't him and paid me back. Thanks for the swift response. Paid in full/resolved.
