Alot of people wonder why their threads don't get alot of feedback. The main reason is, no one wants to remember a plain, old, boring thread. Today I am going to tell you how to create a thread that will stand out to others.

Step 1: Color! All good threads need some color to them, no one wants to read the plain old boring white text! Color is the key to making your thread complete.

Step 2: Images! We all want some visuals instead of just reading the whole thread, so post some nice pictures or banners! You can easily post saved pictures using tinypic.com

Step 3: Slogans! Slogans catch peoples attention very easily which will help them remember you and your thread/service. A slogan can be anything. Such as,

"Once a User Educator, Always a User Educator."

or

"A proud sythe.org User Educator!"

Slogans usually help bring people back to your thread.

Another thing you will want to add which isn't suppose to be as flashy is "The Closer"

People don't want to read a topic saying "Buy level 103 account, 1 99 stat) People want "Buy this great account, level 103, with 99 strength and much much more, buy him today and get a discount of $2.00! I can't have this offer all day so buy him now!

The closer move will help draw people in and close a deal.

It's a pretty basic guide...

It's pretty useful but I would add more pictures and give more detail.

Elaboration is key in a good guide and you can't go wrong with more examples/steps.

 

I think it's a good guide just small. You could use more pictures yes, It would make it look bigger. And it should be 'How to make a thread standout'.

 

Decent guide, just as they've stated, it would look more professional, in a matter of speaking.
Also, it would as you are trying to accomplish - Make your thread stand out.
