Alright, well, I've already posted my goodbye, hoping something would change afterwards, but I guess not, so here I am to complain about my case for the very last time.

First off, I think the sticky in the dispute forum saying don't complain that you were wrongly banned, because the staff only ban people with sufficient proof or something along those lines should be removed. Because all it takes is one person to make a complaint, and a few staff members who dislike you, or are too flat out lazy to even look into and you'll get banned.

Pen has been basically ignoring me throughout most of this, I've talked to him twice, first time he said left for a moment, then never came back. Second time he simply just logged in the midst of the conversation.

Oh, but here's the best part, when staff members WHO ACTUALLY BANNED YOU or were part of getting you banned, say, talk to someone else, it isn't my problem.

WELL THE WHO IN THE HELL ELSE'S PROBLEM IS IT! Honestly, so many people get banned, not because the "staff" is "out to get them" but because most of them ARE TOO LAZY to actually look into a report, instead they look at one side, if they think it'll shut the others up, they'll ban them.

I got banned, with NO PROOF I did anything wrong, I EVEN GAVE HIM A FREE 20M simply because after all of this, I couldn't care much less, and money isn't exactly a problem for me.

Pen said, give him 20m, and we meaning the staff will discuss it, more like, pay him 20m, and we'll just keep ignoring you.

Secondly, SMR says I faked the conversations BASED ON BECAUSE HE SAID SHOULD OF, INSTEAD OF SHOULD HAVE? How is that even a valid claim, honestly?

There is NO proof I scammed, nor is there proof I made ANY fake pictures. Yet I'm banned, getting ignored by almost all the staff, and people give me a look as if I'm stupid for even trying to appeal it in the first place.

You honestly wonder why people say the Sythe staff is corrupt, or that the site sucks, because MAYBE THEY ARE, and IT DOES because of some of the members on it.

This is honestly pathetic, and I guarantee 90% of the staff won't even of read this far if this even gets approved in the first place, WHY? Because a) they don't even care about who they ban, b) they're lazy and don't care, c) did I mention there was NO PROOF WHATSOEVER that I didn anything wrong none the less deserving of a permenant ban.

I used to have people message me on MSN saying they were banned with no proof, or that they were banned wrongly, and I always said well obviously there was proof that you did something wrong, or that you don't get banned unless it's perfectly clear you did do something. SCRATCH THAT! Now I know that most of those people were probably telling the truth, and I feel quite bad for shunning them away like I did.

It's pathetic, you might say I'm taking this way too seriously, but not really, I've been on here for 3-4 years, and as an official MM for 2-3. I get one claim that I scammed, WITH NO PROOF on it, AND I EVEN GAVE THE GUY 20M for free just to see if it'd end the e-drama, and here I am, still permenantly banned, still being ignored by the few staff members who can even do anything and won't because they're lazy and simply don't care.

You returning the 20M after the fact really should have no effect on whether or not you deserve to be banned. You either scammed or you didn't. Repaying after the fact is simply you trying to buy your Sythe profile back, and therefore has no relevance to the situation.

The fact is, we all know those conversations were fake. You even admitted "oh actually it turns out it probably wasn't him, musta been someone else". However, your little picture shows your cursor scrolled over his email. If it were a real picture, there would be no talk of it being an impostor. And furthermore, who would bother impostoring this dude? He's not a well known Sythe member, who would really go to the extent of impersonating him?

On top of all this, you would never pay back someone who said those things to you. If someone told me they were framing me, and trying to get me banned, the last thing I'd ever do is pay them 20M. This is all on top of the fact that the guy posted tons of conversation pictures, among other pictures as evidence in the case. Someone who goes to such lengths in order to prove your guilt would never do something so stupid as saying they were framing you directly on MSN. He's obviously an intelligent enough guy to know that.

You really dug your own grave here Dorito. You could have dealt with this much more professionally, and you really let it show your true colours.
