Explanation of the trade:
I asked a SS of items or show me in game, explained to him how to get past the bot which detects the RWT logs and he followed to say he will get banned if he logs in. I showed him the 07 GP and then traded it to him and then I said I will do 21m for 1 qt and the whole trade was 14qt. He wanted me to go first for 150m then reduced it to 100m and finally 50m showing he was trying to scam the whole time.
How they scammed: It was attempted.

OT: After talking to a few other people, he was trying to sell in game and apparently was caught and banned in game and is now trying to exit scam.
