DAILYRMGP345 / CHUNK35 Faking Vouches / TWC Evading / Ban Evading

I figured I'd include all of this information in the RaS Section as the only outcome out of this will be this user trying to potentially scam members in the future. This user is also TWC evading technically since he hasn't posted under a home IP on both profiles, but I feel that isn't needed in here as these offenses are more than enough proof.

All users on the IP Audit are banned, and they're all interested in the same market (RSPS), and both users originally wouldn't post under a home IP, which is the reason for both users having a TWC.
