Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was banned on the 4th of June 2013 for Off-Site scamming. I scammed on Powerbot for 20USD. The member has since been fully refunded and I have now been unbanned on Powerbot for over 3 months. I feel as though I should be forgiven because I refunded the user I scammed for the total amount possible, I have done everything possible to make right what I did wrong. Through my work on other Runescape forums I have been able to see first hand the rewards of offering a legitament service. I am now aware that scamming will not get me anywhere in life, yes people scam to make some quick money, but the truth is, the friendships formed on these forums are worth a lot more then being known as a scammer. I base this understanding on the work that I have done on other Runescape forums. I personally have made a lot of money but importantly a lot of friends and fun moments from offering legitament services. Every day I browse through the gold selling sections of Sythe and see myself dreaming of one day achieving such a highly ranked and respected status. Runescape has been a large part of my life and I feel as though not being part of the Sythe community is something that I am missing. since having matured from the time of my scam I can now clearly see the positive side of staying legitament and not scamming. I am currently undertaking some work to grow an exchanging friends chat which will be run over some of the major Runescape forums. I see Sythe as a key site for me to promote my friends chat but sadly I am unable to do so.

If I was to be pardoned on Sythe the first thing I would do is purchase the 25$ donator rank and apply for the Sythe Verified User rank, I would do this to prove to the community that I am here for the long run and do not plan on ever scamming again. Everytime I come to the keyboard to consider what I am going to add into my request I get a happy feeling that maybe this time I will be pardoned. This is my 3rd pardon request and I feel that I have truly learnt my lesson.

I'd like to add this in reply to the previous 2 comments:

I am aware that I have ban evaded since my ban, and I would like to make it clear that the reason I evaded was not to scam any members, I logged in from multiple IP's as I bot a lot. The first account I evaded on was used to request a website to be made for me and the second was to buy SoulSplit gold. I know that evading was the wrong thing to do but I only made the accounts to be fair and vouch the people who I traded with.
