Scammed my deposit by "Physique"

He rents me, then he goes offline. I wait for him to message me to tell my time is up but he fell asleep. I constantly messaged him for 3 days no answers. He just answered saying in his T.O.S it says if i don't ask for my deposit within 10 minutes i don't get it?

Is that even allowed lmfao? Someone tell me i'll upload screenshots if needed.

Also the reason he didn't answer me for 3 days because he was banned. He only answered after he got unbanned to "Resolve" this issue. If he wasn't unbanned doubt i would've even gotten a response.

 

@Physique It's clear he tried to contact you after his one hour was up and you was "Offline". You come back and say he had 10 minutes to claim it? Can you explain why you're not responsible in that time frame if you're offline?

 

Champ, I was on the whole time. He messaged me 30 minutes after his rental ended, it states in my TOS that he has within 10 minutes to message/claim his deposit.... he messaged me 11:30 his rental ended 11:00 (he had a 30 minute rental not 1 hour)

It is 2m... I honestly have no care in the world - but principle is principle... tos.

EDIT: its become a game of stubbornness now.

he was offline the entire time.

 

Although the amount is small, going to have the situation reviewed for future references.

 

I am always ONLINE. or AWAY status.

It doesnt really matter if I was online or not, his rental was 30 mins 10:30 - 11:00 - if I wasn't online if I had received a message by 11:10 it would be refunded as TOS states he has 10 minutes after the rental has completed to claim his deposit, 2m is 2. If mods/users cannot uphold TOS laws in general here then what is the point of them? (not in the fight over 2m,fight over this)

 

I mean giving a time fraim to claim money that I am owed? According to my point of view, I respected his account, I didn't disolve the tentacle, I waited for the owner to tell me my time is up so I am able to request the deposit. Although when the "owner" is careless to the point where they don't conact me saying my time is up, it as if he wants me to go over my time on purpose to avoid refunding me the 2M?

 

@Physique You are to refund the deposit. Also, I have confirmed that "T.O.S" is not allowed. If it is not changed, your thread will be locked.

 

@Champ The retard tried to pay me using "5000 Sapphires".
I told him i'll report and that he has 5 minutes to pay.

 

Finally paid me after replying to this tread. I'd pay close attention to him @Champ thanks anyway for helping budd.

For FUTURE reference: No renter is allowed to "Keep" someones deposit if they do not "claim" it in "x" amount of time.
