They have a blue box linking to the post dont they?
THEN WHY THE FUCK DOES HE HAVE AROUND 10 VOUCHES THAT DONT HAVE A BOX?

well I don't know is he scammer or what but if you get vouch in Private Message, it wont have the link box. Like I have. but he has like 6 of them. so looks fake indeed.

 

Pen himself says that you are not supposed to have vouches from the PMing system and that they should just post otherwise you could get Infracted/Banned for fake vouches. I would watch out if I were you and I would advise people not to trade with him.
