Best/Cheapest item to alch?

remade a zerker pure, got 55mage now i need an item to alch to 94. need to save cash but havnt played in a while so what is the item that loses the least rsgp per 1k? i heard maple long U is that correct?

 

Supposedly rune arrows are less? However, to be honest it's way better to just gatestone it. Extremely low ban rate, free, and you can just run it 24/7 for faster (long term) experience than high alches.

 

Bot it, its faster, easier, and cheaper.

If your account already has members, it's MUCH better to do high alch than gatestone. If you use the right items from the table, you can get to 99 for less than 5m, and high alch is about 50% faster than Gatestones.
