Reasons for them being same person are as follows:

1) IP audit: he only audits with banned people which is suspicious
2) Jibby Jibby joined Sythe.org in August 2018. Godherb782 was last seen on Sythe.org in July 2018 after being banned.
3) Titled vouch thread exact same. Jibby Jibby's vouches and Kamiriba's vouches. Same use of an ' which often isnt used.
4) Same interests, kamiriba and jibby jibby both offered cheap skilling.
5) Uses middlemen even in small trades to boost his vouch count just like kamiriba

Overall looks like Jibby Jibby is trying to act like a model member of the community to cover up past misdeeds?

 

6) godherb782 and Jibby Jibby both have an interest in baby accounts. Most of godherb782 posts are regarding baby accounts and Jibby Jibby has sold baby accounts to numerous people on his vouch thread.

Vouch 41 - vouch for Jibby, trained his pk pure. Chill guy to talked to
Vouch 47 - Did 55-85 magic for his pure, didnt gain a single HP xp, was understanding when I had to take a few extra days
Vouch 56 - Bought pure from him and had quests done very good to deal with
Vouch 96 - Vouch, sold me his baby tber, funds were donated back to a victim of scamming. Nice guy!
