Need help (WoW Noob)

I recently started the trial for WoW, i really like it and am considering buying the complete game w/expansions. Well i asked some one how to start getting money because to me 1 silver is a shit load (lol) but they said i should start mining.

I have no clue how to mine or what to do with it.

I am a warlock.

If you can help me or have any other suggestions that would help id really appreciate it. Thx

 

Mining is a really good way, mine 20 copper and smelt them into bars

next go to the AH (auction house) and sell that copper bars for 1g and 10s

eaaasy money!

 

Get two gathering professions (like mining + skinning) and collect the raw materials, don't bother getting trade skills for now because it will be easy to max them when youre 70 and it seems like you need money

here are some methods:
do quests! quests give many rewards such as xp, money, and even special items you cant get anywhere else.

use professions. go to the main city, talk to a guard and ask about a profession trainer, and find the one that suits you. the guard will cause a gold arrow to appear on your minimap that will guide you to the trainer.

kill creatures... they dont drop much but they are much more rewarding. only humanoids drop money, but creatures can drop items that can be sold to a vendor for money as well.

plus, tell me your char info (not your password, just your char's name, server, race,) and i will donate 100-200g to you to start up
