Runescape Corrupt staff

Well i was roaming around The runescape forums and found
a report about corrupt staff

Well since runescape's facebook partnership
they supposbly set up a new site for testing
It was a hidden totally off the wall website name but clearly they made it obvious basically it would let you be a npc or spawn npc's and "walk on water" basically noclip
i have the site but not going to release it The glitch was abused in world 2 By a Mod.. He spawned 2 Toktz Jads
