Custum rank question

Well i upload a custum rank image for approval before 5+ days and i still don't have it.
Before i open this thread i talk with "The Black Tux" and he suggest me to ask here.
How long it takes to be approved or denied?

Matthew (admin) handles custom ranks, it will be updated when he has the time to do it

 

It's manually approved by Matthew and your custom rank has to be uploaded to Sythe.org servers so it's not automatic process. Matt tries to approve them like once a week but sometimes it can take 2+weeks. He has other things to do, he hardly finds time for adding custom ranks and he's one of just 3 administrators who have access to server to upload it. It doesnt take minute just wait patiently

 

It takes as long as Matthew has the time to approve all the pending requests.
He's the only admin who's allowed to upload images directly to the server.

It can take up to ~2 weeks tops from what I've seen.
Just have a little patience
