Only scrubs that care about gearscore will use libram of binding light.

 

Yeah I've never played hpal, but know they stack int gems (or did thrugh icc) based on that alone I'd say the second one.

Then again if your gears so good that mana isnt an issue for you (which im guessing it isnt) you may aswell go with the first one.

Definitely the second one. I never saw a h pally use the 264 one

 

I see alot of successful h pallies use a libram that is Item level 200 idk if that helps but its item lvl 200 thats all i remember forgot the name
