Custom Shoe Designs?

I was just wondering if it was possible to custom design a shoe.
Like the shoe is already there, but I'd like GFX on it.
For example, there's AirForces with pikachu on it and it looks really cool so I was wondering if you could have gfx done on your shoes.

Also, if anyone can do it, just let me know I'd like to ask you some questions.

Yeah, you can do this if you are good with airbrushing or drawing. You buy a plain white pair, there is some kind of solution that you mix that takes the resin off the shoe (stuff that makes it shiny, but also makes the paint not stick) and then put on it what you want. There is an entire underground culture that does this. Big money in it too.

Ehh can't find any forums or real stores with airbrushed shoes at all

Im not sure, not a ton of info on the site. I think he just does all kinds of custom designs on things..
