Custom rank is not removing background!

Yahallo! I am trying to get the following image into my Custom Rank:
https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/images/4/4f/Twisted_bow.png?029ba

It is not registering as I need the background removed, I have tried multiple websites to do this to no avail. Has anyone had experience with the Custom Ranks and will be able to help me?

Thank you.

If you save it as .PNG it shouldn't have any background

Once you save it as PNG how would you then get the image onto here?
