I made this about a month ago, but I want to switch to a six-core AMD instead w/ different parts.

50GB Solid State Drive (Primary - boots in 8 seconds, everything ready)
1000GB 7200RPM HDD (Secondary - for all programs and files)
    480 GTX (Fermi) w/ GTS 250 (PhysX)
EVGA SLI LE Motherboard (3-Way SLI w/ PhysX)
    6GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM (Triple Channel)
    Intel Core i7 930 @ 3.0GHz (Quad)
USB Header Extension w/ 2 internal USBs
    1100W Power Supply
8GB Flash Drive (Inside Case) & Bluetooth
    24X DVD/CD Writer/Reader
Blue LED Case / Blue LED Control Panel
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Pretty much all the parts have a 1-3 year warranty.
Looking for around 2 grand, shipping included.

This will be pretty heavy so if you want international shipping add $200.
I'll accept postal money orders, Western Union, and PayPal via eBay

Overclock it to 3.3 Minimum and then say it's OC'd. Some idiot will pay shit loads for a good 930 OC'd.

2 grand is way too much for this. It would be about that price to build it yourself brand new. But this one is used

    What SSD?
    What PSU?
    What HDD?
    What Motherboard?
Does it have anything to stop the GTX480 from melting the whole computer? Some good fans?

Try ordering a computer from let's say Alienware w/ the same specs, it'll be well over 2 grand.

Once you build it yourself and turn it on it's not new anymore. It's not like I used it for 2 years, I recently made it.

PSU is power supply. It's what connects to the power outlet.
    HDD is hard drive.
SSD is solid state drive, which is like an epic hard drive.
Motherboard is the main part of the computer.
The GTX480 goes up to 90 celsius and it hasn't melted, but you should let it cool down for 2 minutes before turning it off after playing a graphic-intensive game to avoid the risk of combustion.

~First Post On This Site Evah!~

Alright IMO what he shouldn't have done is wasted $150+ on the SSD for a fast boot as it's only 50gb, that means like maybe 3-5 movies, a couple hundred pictures, maybe 1000 song play-list, some minor programs, and maybe room for 2 high-end games (if you put that stuff on there). The 1TB is the storage whiz, but you have to hassle with setting file locations etc. etc.... But dude! Props for the 1100W Supply and Fermi/PhysX combo, not sure if they would need that much but hey! Power is everything right?
    Loving the 7-Ultimate!
    ~~<Overall it's a BeAsT!>~~

-Right minded on gpu's, little heavy in wattage area, room for growth (LOL), greatest achievement since Win-Xp with the deal. If I had 2 G's I probably wouldn't buy this though. You may as well keep it man, it has great potential for re-arming with new weapons as SSD becomes cheaper, gpu's get thermometers, and cpu's keep out-doing themselves.-

    ~Congratulations! It's a BEAST!~

I asked what, not what is.

I dont want any chinese PSU or slow SSD.
And tbh who buys alienware computer when you can have same specs 60% cheaper :/ (Referring to your second post)
and why would you go to AMD since the 930 beats the 6 core in all games (unless you want to grow your virtual penis)
BloodV1per, you use SSD for your OS so it loads veeery fast.

Lol, that's not really helping your case though. Dell computers are marked up 20-30%; their gaming computers can get in the 50% range at the highest end.

This pretty much sums it up

I'd say you could get between $1,200 - $1,500 for this, depending on how long you want to wait to sell it. $2 grand is just too much however.

The PSU is 'futureproof' since I was planning on doing three high-end cards w/ a physX. As for the SSD, it's still useful for installing certain programs. I put all my big files and archives on the 1TB and it's not very hard to change the location, just change C to E.

I know they're marked up. All I'm saying is it's not that expensive when you compare it to an 'Alienware' which everyone thinks is the god of all computers. The parts alone cost about 2 grand so this is 'free labor' for those people who don't know how to create their own computer.

If I don't sell it, I'll just keep it. I'm not dumb enough to sell it for 40% less than I purchased all the parts for a month ago. Keep in mind I used very high-end parts in this computer. The graphics card alone is $500, the CPU is $300, and the motherboard is $200.

Just saying would you want to upgrade to a amd 6 core you see no improvement in game what so ever ,and the only increase you will see is in apps ,such as, photoshop aftereffects etc. Just stay with the pc you have it can max out any game now ,and probably future ones.
