Why do items look deformed?

Like charms look all weird and my cape looks completely deformed. Pots, food, etc look glitchy. They just started looking this way when I started botting yesterday, but I switched over to see if they look like this in the real rs client and they still do. Is jagex on to me? Where items updated to look that way or something? It's hard to explain how the item icons look they just look unordinary and well just strange...... charms look like they've been cut in half, sometimes they look like someone just took a bite out of them and sometimes all you see is little black dots for the icon.

I believe this only happens on Safe Mod/Software Mode, but not other modes?

So basically, if your bot uses safe mode, it might be broken until they code around it, or switch to a different mode. There are bots that operate on Software mode, and I know there is a bot site that has a working OpenGL bot client (but no working scripts)

TL;DR

Use a bot that supports using different modes, or wait until the safe mode bots figure out a way around it.
